Terms and Conditions

Pricing – All prices are F.O.B. Swift Creek Nursery and subject to change without notice.  We are wholesale only and do not sell to the general public.  Contact for current pricing.

Terms – All orders are COD unless credit arrangements are made in advance of the shipment.  We accept cash, checks, American Express, Discover, Mastercard, and Visa. Credit card payments will be accessed a 3% processions fee.  Returned checks are subject to a $25.00 fee.  Applications for credit are available upon request.  Once established, accounts are due thirty days from the date of Invoice.  Past due accounts are subject to a service charge of 1.5% per month(18%annum).  We reserve the right to cancel credit at any time.

Claims and Liability– Claims must be made within 5 days of receipt.  We guarantee our stock to be healthy, true to name, and professionally grown; however, we are not responsible for the plants once they leave our nursery. If any stock proves otherwise, we will replace it or refund the purchase amount, provided proper proof is given.  We will not be liable for any amount greater than the original price.

Orders - Customers may place orders via our website, by phone, by fax, or by email.  If possible, we prefer that customers submit pick-up orders at least 24 hours in advance, however in most cases same day pickup is available.  Branded material plant tags are provided at no additional cost.  Retail plant tags are available for any order at an additional cost per tag.  All tag information including, but not limited to, Customer SKU, item number, and retail price must be submitted to our office within 24 hours of placing your initial order.  Requests for tags submitted after 24 hours may not be considered due to time constraints.  Our current tag pricing is $0.35 per tag.  Orders requiring printed plant tags are subject to service fees regarding late plant additions or late tag information.

Booked Orders - Booked orders will be tagged in the order they are received in. Once tagged an acknowledgement will be sent. This will notify you of any shortages. Spring bookings will be honored until April 15 and Fall booking will be honored until November 15. Orders that have not shipped or do not have a definite shipping date by the deadlines will be released for sale.

Restock Policy - Confirmed orders that are not picked up within 48 hours of expected pick-up date are subject to a 10% restocking fee unless other arrangements are made.

Shipping and Delivery - Delivery is available on our enclosed shelved trucks (22’ & 24’) at $3.50 per loaded mile.

Pick-up – If possible, we prefer at least 24-hour notice for all pick-up orders, however in most cases same day pick-up is available.  Pick-up hours are Monday-Friday 8am-12Pm and 12:30pm-4:30pm.

Hours - Monday through Friday, 8am to 4:30pm.   Closed 12:00pm to 12:30pm for lunch. Please call ahead for best service. 919-934-7764
