All orders must be called, emailed, or faxed in at least 4 hours in advance of pick up.

We can’t be responsible for how the plants are cared for once they leave the
nursery. We hope you will find that our plants are of good quality, but without
proper care, they will die!
Restock Policy:
There will be a 10% Restocking fee on all orders that are canceled after they have been pulled.
Terms & Conditions
Warranty
We will exercise extreme care and caution to keep our stock true to name. However, upon proper proof, we will replace all stock that may prove otherwise or refund the amount paid. We will not be liable for any amount greater than the original price. No claim will be considered unless made in writing within 10 days from receipt of shipment.
Delivery
Delivery is available on our enclosed shelved trucks (22’ & 24’) at $4.25 per loaded mile.

Booked Orders
When a booked order is received an acknowledgment will be sent once the order has been tagged. This will notify you of any shortages. Spring bookings will be honored until April 15 and Fall booking will be honored until November 15. Orders not shipped or a definite shipping date will be available for sale.
Tags
We offer printed tags for your order. These tags have the botanical and common name and a description of the plant. The tag can also include your price, SKU number or bar code. If you require retail pricing for your order, this information must be turned in when your order is submitted. Even if you regularly get tags please request that tags be made when you place the order. Requests for tags after orders have been submitted may not be considered due to time constraints. Our current tag pricing is $0.35 per tag. Any tag orders submitted after the order is processed will be priced at $0.55 per tag.
